Information You'll Need to Provide
When you call or visit our office to file a claim, having the following information handy will make the process quicker and easier:
- Policy Number (If you can't find it, don't worry – we can still assist you.)
- Name of Insured or Beneficiary/Beneficiaries
- Cause of Loss and Description of Damage to Your Property
- Exact Time and Date of the Incident (or when you first noticed the issue)
After-Hours Emergency Claims
Accidents can happen at any time, and immediate assistance is crucial.
That's why InsureBC Victoria has partnered with PuroClean Restoration Victoria, a network of independent and reliable claims adjusters ready to provide emergency services across Victoria.
For emergency claims, call 1-877-261-7876. If you don't have your policy number, simply inform them that you are insured through InsureBC Victoria. They will notify us, and we will follow up with you and your insurance company on the next business day.

- Let us know about your claim so we can provide additional support
- Keep track of all expenses related to your claim
